Shipping & Returns

If we have made any errors in packing your order, please notify us immediately via: lash_society@outlook.com so that the correct items can be sent to you asap.

 

Shipping

We currently only ship Australia-wide.

Our shipping partners are AusPost, Sendle, Courier’s Please and FastWay Couriers.

Orders over AU$150 will automatically receive free standard shipping.

Orders over AU$250 will automatically receive free express shipping.

Standard flat rate shipping is AUD$12 and express flat rate shipping is AUD$19.

If one or more of your items in your cart is marked as “bulky”, your order will be sent via standard shipping.

Please ensure you provide the correct address when placing your order, this includes the correct unit number (if applicable) and/or business/building name (if applicable). 

If a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect address was provided, you (the buyer) are responsible for the cost of re-delivery. If the items in your order are no longer needed, we will provide a refund minus a 20% restocking fee and the cost of shipping (if you were eligible for "free shipping", our standard flat-rate cost of shipping will be deducted).

 

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for AUD$15 for surrounding suburbs with SAME DAY delivery for orders placed before 10am.

The local delivery window is from 11am-11pm (you may specify a preferred time in your order notes - however we cannot make any guarantees).

All local deliveries are contactless and will be left in a safe place.

 

Local Pick Up

Local pick-up orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Please wait for an SMS/email that “your order is ready for collection”.

All pick-up orders must be picked up within 24 hours of you receiving an email/SMS that your order is "ready for collection".

If you would like to pick up on a specified date/time, please note this in your order.

 

Returns

If your item is faulty, under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund. Your item may need to be returned to us based on the type of product and our discretion. Please keep the receipt of the postage costs so that it may be refunded to you.

Please note that “faulty” does not include poor lash retention, allergic reactions, or other user-related errors.

If you "change your mind", we will be happy to credit or provide an alternate product of a similar value (minus a 20% restocking fee) if the product is unopened, unused, and remains in a saleable condition. "Change of mind" postage costs are not covered by us.

We will not refund for “change of mind”.

All returns must be within 14 days of original purchase date.
